Established in 1961 by Leonard Bazzani during a time when Silicon Valley was still orchards. A young man named Bill Holt started working for Mr. Bazzani shortly thereafter in 1962. Side by side they built the foundation on which Pacific Heat Treating stands firmly today. Just 12 short years later, Bill Holt purchased the company from Mr. Bazzani and worked tirelessly to grow with the industry. Bill, being the family man he is often brought his daughter Suzie into the shop to supervise, so it was no surprise when she fell in love with the industry. In 1976 Bill hired an eager-to-learn Doug Holt, from that day forward our company has remained a family-oriented, owned and operated business that has weathered the tides of change and emerged as a beacon of resilience and adaptability. In 2014 Doug and Suzie were proud to take over the company and planned to run the business just as Bill had. From its humble beginnings of just 8 furnaces to its current status of over 21 working systems and 48 years of industry knowledge.
